Friday Night Drinks
The leaders and managers I'm talking with are telling me there is nothing more important than getting the right people, the best people. They say they're up to their necks in processes aimed at helping them make great people decisions, armed to the back teeth with the latest hiring tools. They say they're desperate to hire the best people,the most innovative, creative, energized, motivated and passionate high performers. The problem is, according to these same people it's not working somehow. What's gone wrong?
