To us here at the Hothouse Young Talent refers to the group of Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, and Graduated Students that make the grade as researchers within the Hothouse. The Mantle of researcher though has to us a far greater mantle that the standard perceived definition. To be involved as a researcher within the Hothouse involves the following skill sets: Interviewing, Creativity, Problem Framing, Design Conceptualising, Manufacturing Pre-visualization, Rapid Prototyping, Client Relationship Management, Planning for Market Readiness.
