I'll keep this short.....ish ! I know you're busy too.
I'm the Western Australian born-and-bred, Innovation and Ideas man at The Hothouse Agency. My career to date has been entirely devoted to people, ideas and making stuff happen. To succeed in business I believe you need to combine all three.
I've been dreaming stuff up, creating concepts, taking risks and thinking outside the box since I was in short pants. Along the way, I've been lucky to work with some very talented people. It's the absolutely intrinsic connection between people and successful innovation that I'm passionate about.
Helping companies and people gain insights, take stock and learn their way forward is what I do and it's what Hothouse is all about. I've spent plenty of time at the bleeding edge of innovation, right up the front where it's tough, so I know what it takes. Design is the process that makes great stuff happen for customers, and seriously, that's the main game. We're all in the customer business. Customers provide the catalyst for what we do. We're just the supporting cast.
